Directions:

• CC - Category of Complexity - concerning the scale of complexity of the selected route, from 1 (close to trekking) to 6 (mountaineering expedition).
• CD- Category of Difficulty - concerning the difficulty of the pass (col), from 0 (n/k) - the beaten trail - to 3B (very complex climbing). It is similar to the UIAA scale for climbing routes. By default, we consider routes which included passes of less or equal 2A CD as "Trekking" or "Pass Hopping", of above ones - as "Mountaineering" or "Climbing", because in fact, "passes" of above 2A CD (more correct - "cols") haven't independent role in Western-style outdoors, but may be used as part of climbing routes. Example: North Col on North Ridge of Everest is considered as 3B CD "pass". See the article "Some notes on Russian-style pass hopping" for more information.
